Dr. Brandon Churchman is an accomplished general dentist residing in Grand Rapids with his wife. After returning to his hometown, he opened his own dental clinic, where he combines his extensive knowledge and experience in both dentistry and medicine. A proud graduate of the University of North Dakota, Dr. Churchman earned his master's degree as a physician assistant before advancing his education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Passionate about providing exceptional care, he actively practices, ensuring his patients receive the highest quality treatment. Through his new clinic, Dr. Churchman aims to enhance dental health and improve the lives of those in his community.

Meet our office manager

Min Yu

Min was born and raised in Shan Dong ( 山东）China and emigrated to the US in 2022. She has worked with Dr Churchman since that time until opening their own clinic in July of 2025.

Previously she worked in Shenyang( 沈阳）as a civil engineer（工程师） managing large city level projects. Additionally, Min is certified by the state of Michigan as a dental radiographer.

Currently Min acts as our office manager, connecting Chinese patients( 中国 人) with advanced dental care right here in West Michigan.

While each case is different, a single simple uncomplicated implant placement with placement of a permanent crown is less than $3,000

Can I be reimbursed by insurance provider?

If your insurance will accept out of network providers, we can provide patients with documentation to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement

Our pricing varies depending on the complexity of the extraction. But single rooted teeth such as front teeth typically cost $150 and molars start at $220 without bone grafting or socket preservation.
